Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the core backend systems powering Prophet Security’s platform.
- Design extensible frameworks for integrations with SIEMs, EDR/XDR systems, identity providers, and cloud and SaaS logs.
- Build performant and reliable proof-of-value pipelines covering data ingestion through actionable insights.
- Design storage, indexing, and access patterns for highly dimensional, time-oriented security data.
- Write production code and solve complex distributed-systems problems.
- Lead technical design, mentor engineers, and partner with Product, ML, and Security domain experts.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience is required.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field is required.
- Experience building and deploying scalable backend services is required.
- Proficiency in one or more relevant programming languages, such as Go or Python, is required.
- Candidates should understand software engineering principles and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, customer-focus, and attention-to-detail skills are expected.
