Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality SQL database solutions.
- Implement and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL.
- Design database tables, views, and functions.
- Analyze business reporting requirements and research data needs.
- Build reporting deliverables and provide scheduled management reporting.
- Optimize existing SQL queries for performance.
- Develop data migration procedures and scripts.
- Investigate exceptions related to asset movements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or three additional years of specific work experience in lieu of the degree.
- At least 4 years of experience as a SQL Developer or in a similar role.
- Excellent understanding of T-SQL programming and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Good knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
- At least 3 years of experience with Transparent Data Encryption.
- At least 3 years of experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Analysis Services.
- Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of SQL development experience and familiarity with NoSQL/NewSQL databases.
- Preferred soft skills include ownership, critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, time management, and communication.
Benefits
