Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, test, and support Azure-based SaaS solutions.
- Build robust user interfaces and APIs using Angular, C#, and .NET.
- Maintain live solutions, resolve issues, and produce technical and end-user documentation.
- Apply unit testing, code quality checks, secure development practices, and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and technical leads on backlog refinement, estimation, priorities, and delivery.
- Manage and mentor more junior members of the Developer team.
- Contribute to architecture, development standards, quality, and technical leadership across digital delivery programmes.
Requirements
- Commercial software development experience.
- Experience delivering Azure cloud solutions.
- Strong Angular, C#, .NET, and API development skills.
- Experience with unit testing and Git.
- Line management experience.
- Technical client-facing experience, SQL Server, Cosmos DB or similar, Azure DevOps, backlog definition and estimation, Bicep, GIS awareness, and mentoring or line management are desirable.
