Base Salary
$250k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build the core architecture for AI systems across multiple product areas.
- Set technical standards and evaluation frameworks for the organization.
- Proactively identify and resolve systemic engineering gaps.
- Take ownership of complex technical problems and develop end-to-end solutions.
- Build and ship conversational agents and deep learning models.
- Improve AI/ML systems to drive behavior change in members.
- Conduct code and design reviews to elevate team technical standards.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to create technical designs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in developing AI and Machine Learning systems in production.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals including testing, CI/CD, and system design.
- Experience in setting technical direction at an organizational level.
- Proficiency in creating applications leveraging LLMs and Generative AI.
- Track record of mentoring senior engineers and influencing technical decisions.
- Experience with Voice AI or specialized Language Models is a plus.
- Proficiency in Python and defining software engineering best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
