Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software deployment.
- Collaborate with engineers to containerize workloads using Docker.
- Develop automated build, test, and release pipelines for robotics validation.
- Establish monitoring and observability for deployed robotic systems.
- Define quality gates in CI/CD pipelines with QA and engineering teams.
- Manage developer tooling and internal platform services.
- Drive security best practices across infrastructure.
- Administer local networking infrastructure including switches and firewalls.
- Respond to infrastructure incidents and implement lasting fixes.
- Contribute to a culture of automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Strong experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Ansible or Terraform.
- Solid scripting skills in Python and/or Bash.
- Experience administering Linux systems in production environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring stacks like Prometheus or Grafana.
- Experience with embedded or robotics systems is a plus.
- Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP and VLANs.
- Strong communication skills and a bias toward documentation.
