Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development of Java backend and Angular frontend applications.
- Design and architect robust software solutions while respecting security and compliance standards, including RGPD and ISO 27001.
- Mentor and support a team of developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with business teams to translate functional needs into appropriate technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing applications.
- Provide technical leadership and facilitate the technical team.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in computer science or a Bac+5 qualification in the same field.
- At least 7 years of Java/Angular development experience, including at least 3 years as a Tech Lead or in a similar role.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Able to obtain or already holding relevant security authorization.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS.
- Knowledge of software architecture, application security, OWASP, access management, Git, GitLab, and Jenkins.
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, communication, and mentoring skills.
Benefits
- Permanent CDI contract in Île-de-France.
- Annual salary of EUR 55,000–65,000.
- Occasional travel within France is expected.
