Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered and generative AI systems for real estate operations, customer experience, and product innovation.
- Build and optimize agentic pipelines with orchestration, tool integration, and feedback loops.
- Partner with operations, marketing, and product teams to identify and prioritize AI and LLM opportunities.
- Architect and maintain scalable production AI systems using Python, cloud platforms, and orchestration tools.
- Implement event-driven and asynchronous architectures for high-performance AI applications.
- Apply prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning approaches where appropriate.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and refine AI systems for production performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Document systems, processes, and results and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in AI/ML, preferably with exposure to generative AI or LLM-based systems.
- At least two years of experience working with Python in production environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or a related field.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience building and deploying production-grade systems.
- Experience with generative AI, LLM-based applications, agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, and multi-step AI pipelines.
- Understanding of scalable system design, model deployment strategies, asynchronous processing, event-driven systems, and distributed architectures.
- Experience with containerization and cloud platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
