Responsibilities
- Develop test automation scripts using C#, Selenium, and Protractor.
- Execute functional, end-to-end, sanity, regression, API, performance, and load testing.
- Enhance automation frameworks and support continuous integration with automated smoke and regression suites.
- Design, document, review, and maintain test cases, scripts, and coverage.
- Participate in requirements refinement and collaborate with product owners and functional analysts.
- Identify test coverage gaps, perform root cause analysis of escaped defects, and create scenarios to address gaps.
- Use SQL joins and subqueries to validate test results against the underlying database.
- Execute, monitor, and analyze test results against organizational metrics.
- Track, manage, and resolve defects using TFS.
- Coordinate issue resolution with QA, development, product management, and other teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in automation testing using C#, Java, or Python.
- Experience with automation testing, API or web-services testing, BDD Cucumber, Selenium, Postman, REST Assured, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Apache JMeter for performance and load testing.
- Experience designing test cases using various testing techniques.
- Good SQL skills, including joins and subqueries.
- Knowledge of Web API testing using Postman or other API tools.
- A BE, MCA, or equivalent degree or experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Exposure to LoadRunner, JMeter, or Visual Studio Load Test is preferred.
