Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, including configuration, integrations, and releases.
- Set platform standards for stability, performance, maintainability, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Enterprise Architecture and provide strategic advice to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Lead critical team decisions, build consensus, and contribute to enterprise-wide architectural strategies.
- Design scalable solutions for complex problems spanning multiple teams and systems.
- Evaluate, adopt, and integrate emerging technologies, AI-native stacks, and cloud platforms.
- Drive AI-led SDLC practices and AI-enabled solutioning to improve delivery speed and quality.
- Design and integrate knowledge-base systems into enterprise solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Strategy is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Strategy and scalable, business-aligned software architecture is required.
- Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies is required.
- Experience analyzing complex systems, developing strategic architectural solutions, and integrating software across teams is required.
- Hands-on programming expertise in at least two to three languages, such as Java, Python, and C#, is required.
- Experience with AI-native development using one or more large language models and AI-native stacks is required.
- Experience with knowledge-base systems and their integration into enterprise solutions is required.
- Experience with AI-led SDLC and AI-enabled solutioning is required.
- Expertise architecting, integrating, and optimizing enterprise solutions across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform is required.
- Strong technical leadership, strategic vision, stakeholder influence, and mentoring capability are expected.
