Responsibilities
- Lead as the technical authority for Deel’s Field Services segment.
- Own the end-to-end technical sales cycle, including discovery and tailored demos.
- Translate complex requirements into clear, scalable solution designs.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to resolve technical challenges.
- Build and refine a field service-specific pre-sales asset library.
- Maintain expertise in global employment regulations and workforce trends.
- Advise customers on structuring compliant workforce models.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of practical knowledge in the field services industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of offshore employment models.
- Mobility or Commercial or Tax exposure is a bonus.
- Willingness to travel inside and outside of territory (~10% or less).
- Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a positive attitude.
- Collaborative team player comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
