Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve the enterprise DevOps platform supporting Broadridge products and services.
- Administer Jenkins, GitLab, JFrog, and Chef, including user management, backups, upgrades, and architecture activities.
- Develop automation frameworks and scripts for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and deployments.
- Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable implementations.
- Drive best practices for configuration management, release processes, observability, security compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Support global-scale systems using modern networking, distributed architectures, containers, and microservices.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience with DevOps toolsets.
- Proven administrative experience with Jenkins, GitLab, JFrog, and Chef.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services.
- Experience with Terraform, Jenkins, Chef, Docker, and JFrog.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, configuration management, and monitoring practices.
- Proficiency in Python, GoLang, or Shell scripting/programming.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Kubernetes proficiency is highly beneficial.
- Cloud or DevOps certifications such as AWS DevOps Engineer, CKA, or Terraform Associate are preferred.
- Familiarity with advanced networking, master/slave architectures, modern design patterns, and AWS, GCP, and Azure is preferred.
