Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture of GE GridOS DERMS solutions and align enterprise designs with client requirements.
- Lead custom development involving APIs, microservices, integrations, full-stack delivery, system configuration, and site acceptance testing.
- Serve as the primary technical interface for clients and translate business, regulatory, and technical needs into requirements.
- Manage and validate CIM distribution network models and powerflow analysis for DER planning scenarios.
- Lead enterprise software implementations, identify delivery risks, implement mitigation strategies, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
- Develop training modules and lead workshops for utility end-users.
- Support presales activities including SOW development and technical demonstrations for upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate globally to establish delivery standards and improve consulting methodologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software delivery, architecture, or technical consulting in the power and utility sector.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar program focused on power systems, or relevant experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience using Java or Python and managing complex backend/database integrations.
- Experience leading at least three full-cycle enterprise software implementations or complex utility-client system integrations.
- 3+ years of experience with power-system analysis tools such as OpenDSS, CYME, or Synergi, or utility OT platforms such as SCADA, ADMS, or OMS.
- 2+ years of experience deploying and managing enterprise applications in AWS or Azure cloud environments.
- Preferred qualifications include active AWS or Azure certification, DevSecOps experience, critical-infrastructure cybersecurity standards experience, an advanced engineering degree, utility regulatory-compliance experience, cross-functional technical-team management, Docker or Kubernetes experience, automated CI/CD pipeline management, and mentoring experience.

- The U.S. pay range is $119,600.00 to $179,400.00, with discretionary annual bonus eligibility.
