Responsibilities
- Maintain client-side code for desktop and mobile games.
- Develop and support client/server applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
- Debug, modify, and support in-game features and operational tools.
- Identify and resolve production issues while coordinating with teams and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Implement new tools and improved processes to support the Development team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of software development experience.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, including its quirks and workarounds.
- Knowledge of data structures and basic understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience with IDEs, debuggers, bug-tracking tools, version-control tools, and Chrome Developer Tools.
- Preferred experience includes TypeScript, distributed client/server applications, game development, UI development and animations, and Linux command-line and shell tools.
