Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver clean, maintainable, performant code.
- Help define the architectural strategy for the systems you own.
- Review code and provide feedback on technical work.
- Build services and tooling to streamline the development process.
- Mentor and coach less experienced engineers.
- Define standards and best practices for testing and software delivery.
- Participate in sprint-related meetings.
- Encourage a culture of experimentation and brainstorming.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Java and database technologies.
- Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into production systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with agile and hybrid systems.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for teammates.
- Value automation and continuous delivery in production systems.
- Knowledge of observability tuning across the stack.
