Base Salary
$230k - $385k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build backend systems that protect enterprise customer data.
- Design and operate the Codex enterprise control plane for administrators.
- Develop policy and governance systems for Codex capabilities.
- Create reliable and scalable services across identity and authorization.
- Collaborate with product and security teams to meet enterprise requirements.
- Define enterprise-grade standards for AI software engineering systems.
Requirements
- Strong backend software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience building production-grade distributed systems.
- Proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Go, Rust, Java, or C++.
- Experience with security, identity, and encryption systems.
- Understanding of enterprise foundations like SSO, RBAC, and audit logging.
- Ability to work across ambiguous technical and product requirements.
