Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, security scanning, and controlled release gates.
- Develop automation tooling and production software supporting platform and infrastructure operations.
- Support embedded software build toolchains, cross-compilation, and integration workflows.
- Manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent tools.
- Operate and secure Docker and Kubernetes workloads, including image hardening, registry scanning, and runtime security.
- Implement logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting for reliable and debuggable production systems.
- Enforce access control, network segmentation, least-privilege principles, secure configuration baselines, and patch management.
- Support compliance and audit readiness for frameworks such as NIS2 and ISO 27001.
- Contribute to incident response and partner with software, network, and mission teams.
Requirements
- A degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Approximately 3–6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, platform, security, or software engineering roles.
- Strong Linux administration, networking, and development skills.
- Production software development experience with Python, Go, C, C++, Rust, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Infrastructure-as-code experience and solid networking and cloud fundamentals with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Practical experience integrating security tooling into pipelines.
- Familiarity with embedded software development environments is preferred.
- Strong cross-functional communication, analytical rigor, adaptability, and fluent written and spoken English are required.
