Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, security scanning, and controlled release gates.
  • Develop automation tooling and production software supporting platform and infrastructure operations.
  • Support embedded software build toolchains, cross-compilation, and integration workflows.
  • Manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent tools.
  • Operate and secure Docker and Kubernetes workloads, including image hardening, registry scanning, and runtime security.
  • Implement logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting for reliable and debuggable production systems.
  • Enforce access control, network segmentation, least-privilege principles, secure configuration baselines, and patch management.
  • Support compliance and audit readiness for frameworks such as NIS2 and ISO 27001.
  • Contribute to incident response and partner with software, network, and mission teams.

Requirements

  • A degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Approximately 3–6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, platform, security, or software engineering roles.
  • Strong Linux administration, networking, and development skills.
  • Production software development experience with Python, Go, C, C++, Rust, or similar languages.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
  • Infrastructure-as-code experience and solid networking and cloud fundamentals with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Practical experience integrating security tooling into pipelines.
  • Familiarity with embedded software development environments is preferred.
  • Strong cross-functional communication, analytical rigor, adaptability, and fluent written and spoken English are required.
