Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise Identity Governance and Administration solutions for workforce, contractor, and third-party identities.
- Develop identity lifecycle processes covering joiner, mover, leaver, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request workflows.
- Establish governance controls for RBAC, access certifications, segregation of duties, and policy enforcement.
- Build, configure, test, and deploy SailPoint ISC integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, and custom connector frameworks.
- Implement application onboarding, account aggregation, entitlement management, access profiles, roles, and provisioning policies.
- Automate provisioning and deprovisioning across SaaS, on-premises, hybrid, and cloud applications.
- Troubleshoot identity synchronization, correlation, aggregation, certification, and provisioning issues.
- Translate business requirements into identity security controls and governance models with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to identity governance operating models and architecture standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM, IGA, or enterprise security architecture.
- 4+ years of experience with SailPoint ISC or IIQ.
- 2+ years of experience supporting Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience implementing enterprise IGA platforms and integration patterns using SCIM, REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, HR systems, and cloud applications.
- Knowledge of identity security automation, workflow orchestration, DevSecOps, security architecture governance, and cloud-native security controls.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, SailPoint, or related credentials are preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, Privileged Access Management, SOX, and HIPAA is preferred.
