Responsibilities
- Own and scale the internal AI orchestrator layer for LLM interactions, tool execution loops, context windows, and token allocation.
- Build shared utilities, client libraries, managed agentic skills, and standardized abstractions for feature teams.
- Evaluate and optimize prompt guardrails, embedding stores, testing patterns, and automated delivery pipelines.
- Design independently hosted, version-controlled platform components with safe rollback and operational boundaries.
- Collaborate with feature developers and cross-team groups on UI, API, and data model architecture while providing technical guidance and upskilling.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and deploying AI agent frameworks, orchestrators, or middleware.
- Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, and/or PydanticAI, plus advanced prompt management, token optimization, and external skill libraries.
- Experience across frontend components, API service layers, and relational databases in modern web applications.
- Proficiency with automated delivery tooling, container orchestration, and packaging systems.
- Experience in an Agile software development environment and understanding of continuous delivery metrics and automated testing guardrails.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain up to a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
