Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and continuously improve the CI/CD toolchain.
- Define, implement, monitor, and report on CI/CD standards, guidelines, best practices, and usage.
- Build internal tools primarily in C# to support pipeline automation and reporting.
- Coach and support Agile development teams in achieving technical excellence and building robust CI/CD capabilities.
- Identify and automate manual, repetitive support tasks.
- Collaborate closely with development teams on-site two to three days per week.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Strong proficiency in C# .NET and PowerShell, with working knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience with tool integration, API management, and dashboard or reporting creation; Power BI is a plus.
- Hands-on software engineering experience; candidates with a purely infrastructure background are not suited to the role.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Deep, current practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with CI/CD supporting tools such as SonarQube and test automation solutions.
- Dutch proficiency is strongly preferred.
