Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and delivery of complex AI-enabled features and services.
Design, build, and evolve full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend frameworks.
Build and maintain high-performance APIs with NestJS/NodeJS or FastAPI/Python.
Integrate LLM capabilities into production systems using appropriate tools, patterns, and architectures.
Evolve proofs of concept into scalable, production-ready solutions within enterprise constraints.
Own technical solutions end to end, including design, implementation, deployment, and operational readiness.
Write production code, review code, and contribute to testing and observability.
Apply engineering practices covering code quality, testing, CI/CD, documentation, reuse, and shared standards.
Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and platform teams in an Agile delivery environment.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers and improve engineering practices within the team or domain.

6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including building and operating production systems.
Hands-on experience with LLMs in applied or production contexts.
Strong proficiency in a modern frontend framework, ideally React with TypeScript.
Deep hands-on experience with NodeJS/NestJS and/or Python with FastAPI or Django.
Strong understanding of API design, distributed systems, and service-oriented architectures.
Experience deploying, operating, and supporting systems in cloud environments.
Experience working in Agile delivery teams and collaborating across disciplines.
Strong communication skills and sound engineering judgment.
Preferred experience includes RAG systems, GenAI framework selection, AI agents, orchestration and workflow-based AI systems, prompt engineering, evaluation, LLM guardrails, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and security-driven design.
