Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive enterprise architecture models, target architectures, roadmaps, and enterprise-level success plans for customers.
- Guide customers through cloud transformation and RISE with SAP adoption using Clean Core principles and SAP best practices.
- Act as a transformation partner and trusted advisor to CIOs, CxOs, customers, account teams, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive solution adoption, consumption, value realization, KPI tracking, and mitigation of technical adoption risks.
- Promote SAP Business Technology Platform adoption and advise on application development, automation, data and analytics, integration, AI, and extensibility.
- Establish governance and align customer business goals, value drivers, stakeholders, and solution areas.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in customer experience roles such as Program Manager or Architect.
- Experience delivering enterprise business transformation projects and designing end-to-end architectures for hybrid solution landscapes.
- In-depth knowledge of the SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework, North Star, and associated toolset.
- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform components and services, including application development, automation, data and analytics, integration, and AI capabilities.
- Practical technical or functional experience with SAP S/4HANA applications.
- Proficiency in SAP Integration and Extensibility Advisory Methodologies and Clean Core principles.
- Strong English communication, influencing, negotiation, strategic thinking, continuous learning, business acumen, and senior-management/C-level engagement skills.
- Knowledge of on-premise and corresponding SAP cloud solutions is preferred.
- Professional training or certifications such as LeanIX EAM, SAP Certified Professional-Enterprise Architect, or TOGAF are preferred.
