Base Salary
$254k - $299k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the design and delivery of AI agents that automate high-volume Finance workflows.
- Architect a governed agent platform with observability and compliance controls.
- Build integrations with core financial systems and design data pipelines.
- Define compliance-grade engineering patterns for traceable and reviewable agent actions.
- Partner with FP&A and Treasury leadership to translate workflows into engineered systems.
Requirements
- 12+ years of backend software engineering experience with production systems.
- Proven track record deploying LLM-based applications in production.
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration and state-managed approval workflows.
- Financial systems literacy, including ERP data flows and SOX-controlled environments.
- Demonstrated success in setting technical direction autonomously in non-engineering organizations.
