Responsibilities

Own and build features/services relied upon by hundreds of thousands of customers.
Craft a highly-scalable campaign pipeline processing hundreds of millions of messages daily.
Collaborate with teams and stakeholders on designs and engineering practices.
Learn and apply new technologies to evolve our systems.
Improve experimentation and development processes while mentoring other engineers.
Participate in the technical interview process to maintain high hiring standards.

4-6+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on complex systems.
Experience in large-scale system architecture and understanding of various technologies.
Ability to address performance and scalability issues effectively.
Data-driven mindset with familiarity in system monitoring and alerting techniques.
Proven experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
Enjoy working in small, high-performing agile teams with a collaborative approach.
