Responsibilities
- Provision, monitor, and operate cloud services in a globally distributed team.
- Analyze operational issues, respond to incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvements.
- Partner with product development teams to design and enhance services.
- Create and improve automation for testing, deployment, scalability, service management, and visibility.
- Operate and enhance application infrastructure supporting SAP Cloud for Analytics and maximize service uptime.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, with eligibility as a currently enrolled student or recent graduate.
- Applied programming experience with JavaScript, C++, Java, C, and SQL and/or in-memory databases.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and programming against them.
- Knowledge of source control systems such as Git, Subversion, or Perforce.
- Preferred experience with web services, networking, DNS, TCP/IP, Apache, firewalling, load balancing, RESTful/OData services, and SAML SSO.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and willingness-to-learn skills.
- Ability to commit to a full-time, 8-month internship starting in September 2026.
