Responsibilities
- Design intelligent bidding algorithms for Google Ads and Meta Ads to optimize CPA and ROAS.
- Build automated budget allocation systems based on real-time performance.
- Develop creative performance prediction models for A/B testing.
- Implement multi-touch attribution models to measure channel contributions.
- Build lookalike modeling and audience expansion algorithms.
- Design propensity models for conversion prediction at various funnel stages.
- Develop real-time user scoring systems for bid adjustments.
- Create behavioral clustering models to refine targeting strategies.
- Build LTV prediction models incorporating user behavior and market conditions.
- Develop early signals detection for identifying high-LTV users.
- Design churn prediction and reactivation models for retention campaigns.
- Implement cohort analysis to track performance across channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth algorithms or user acquisition optimization.
- Strong expertise in ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, and LightGBM.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in big data processing.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive 0→1 projects.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective collaboration.
