Responsibilities

Understand the use cases and workflows of Email security.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and clients on email security issues.
Stay updated on emerging email security threats, trends, and best practices.
Involve in requirements gathering from Product Managers and design discussions.
Design test plans and test strategy documents, collaborating with the development team.
Develop automation scripts parallel to feature development to enable CI/CD.
Follow the Test process, QE best practices, and suggest improvements.
Conduct code reviews and verify coding standards.
Work closely with the technical support team to handle customer escalations.
Take end-to-end ownership from feature testing to production deployment.

Over 8+ years of hands-on experience in developing tests and automation in Email Inline Network Security.
Strong understanding of email protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP3) and email security technologies.
Good understanding of networking and application protocols such as TCP/IP, SSL/TLS.
Strong expertise in Python as a programming language.
Solid experience in Web User Interface testing.
Strong expertise in Selenium UI test automation tools and RESTful Web Service automation.
Hands-on experience with traffic analysis tools like Wireshark or Fiddler.
Knowledge in CI tools like Bamboo, Jenkins, or Gitlab.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and Cloud Technology is a plus.
BSCS or equivalent required; MSCS or equivalent strongly preferred.
