Responsibilities
- Define and develop technology solutions according to customer needs in collaboration with end customers and resellers.
- Work closely with sales teams to prepare technical proposals and support sales presentations.
- Provide technical expertise and advice to internal and external teams throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Design solutions using the IBM portfolio for specific customer and market requirements.
- Participate in customer meetings and workshops to review solutions.
- Provide training and support to the sales organization and contribute to internal technical capability development.
- Respond to technical questions and support requests from customers and sales teams.
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in IBM solutions and data center infrastructure.
- Experience with hybrid cloud, containers, or OpenShift is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of the IT industry, including distribution channels, vendors, competitors, and end customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive processes forward.
- Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
- Fluent Finnish and English language skills.
