Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable features for MongoDB’s Internal Developer Portal using Backstage.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to improve developer workflows.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and write clean, maintainable code.
- Promote best practices in software development.
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on fullstack development.
- Proven ability to build scalable, performance-optimized web applications using MongoDB, Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, and React.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks like Cypress, Jest, or Playwright.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of API integrations and service discovery mechanisms.
