Base Salary
$114k - $183k/yr
Responsibilities
- Evaluate inbound supplier and distributor opportunities, conduct technical demonstrations, and explain ServiceTitan integration pathways.
- Own partner integrations from pre-build through general availability, including catalog, pricing, availability, procurement, location go-live, and catalog upload work.
- Provide hands-on API credentialing, setup, debugging, troubleshooting, and remediation support for V2 and V3 APIs.
- Review partner architectures and integration plans and recommend scalable, secure, and maintainable approaches.
- Lead technical certification and validate partner integrations against functional, security, performance, and compliance standards.
- Create developer assets such as integration guides, Postman collections, middleware templates, and reference architectures.
- Contribute to automation that streamlines pre-GA processes and partner onboarding.
- Resolve complex partner escalations, document bugs for Engineering, and perform API gap analysis.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, R&D, Enablement, Channel Management, Technical Writing, partners, and customer users to improve integration solutions and adoption.
Requirements
- 7+ years in a technical role involving API integrations, solutions engineering, customer support, or technical account management.
- Deep hands-on experience designing, testing, debugging, and documenting RESTful APIs.
- Strong supply chain, procurement, or distribution expertise, including catalogs, real-time pricing and availability, electronic procurement, and supplier/OEM/retailer/distributor relationships.
- Understanding of middleware, webhooks, event-driven architectures, API, EDI, and punchout integration patterns.
- Proficiency with Postman or similar API development and testing tools.
- Understanding of authentication frameworks including OAuth 2.0.
- Experience advising external technical teams and supporting partners through integration builds from design through production.
- Experience with SaaS ecosystems, developer platforms, and partner or marketplace programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with ERP, field service management, or similar operational platform integrations is preferred.
