Base Salary
$114k - $183k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise third-party developers and partner teams on designing, building, and integrating apps using APIs.
- Review partner solution architectures and integration plans, recommend scalable and secure approaches, and troubleshoot implementation challenges hands-on.
- Lead technical certification of partner apps before App Marketplace publication and validate functional, security, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Document certification feedback, help partners remediate issues, and maintain records of certification progress and partner technical status.
- Improve technical documentation, integration guides, and Postman collections, and run partner enablement workshops or office hours.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketplace operations teams to improve certification criteria and partner onboarding.
- Capture partner feedback and provide insights to improve API offerings and the partner experience.
- Manage multiple partner relationships, deadlines, and cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in a technical role involving API integrations, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or technical account management.
- Strong hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, including API design, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Postman for API testing and documentation.
- Solid understanding of authentication frameworks such as OAuth 2.0.
- Experience advising external technical teams or customers on integration projects.
- Prior experience working directly with external partners or customers on integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, writing, presentation, project planning, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems or app marketplaces is preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple deadlines, and explain technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
