Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain improvements across frontend and backend systems.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on execution for key initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate product requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Define and uphold engineering best practices with teammates.
- Manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables independently.
- Mentor and support team members to elevate technical skills.
Requirements
- 5–6+ years of professional experience in software development.
- 2+ years of experience with React or relevant toolsets/frameworks.
- Extensive experience in developing robust applications using Java or C#.
- Expertise in building software related to Infrastructure, Databases, or Machine Learning.
- Experience designing solutions to complex problems with significant business impact.
- Strong understanding of system interactions within the production environment.
- Proven ability to learn and adapt to new programming languages and tools.
- Experience owning projects from ideation to ongoing maintenance.
- Demonstrated success in mentoring junior engineers.
