Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services and distributed systems.
- Build high-performance microservices and REST and gRPC-based APIs.
- Develop real-time communication solutions using WebSockets.
- Design cloud-native architectures and support containerized deployments.
- Migrate monolithic applications to microservices architectures.
- Optimize application and system performance and ensure reliability.
- Develop automation, perform backend testing, and troubleshoot complex distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and support teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
Requirements
- Approximately 7 years of experience designing and developing scalable backend platforms.
- Strong backend development expertise with Golang and Python.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, APIs, cloud-native development, and scalable system design.
- Hands-on experience with Golang, Python, Docker, Redis, MySQL, Linux, Jenkins, Git, gRPC, Protocol Buffers, Nginx, Flask, and WebSockets.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, OSI model concepts, and SD-WAN technologies.
- Experience with backend performance optimization, CI/CD pipelines, automation development, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive engineering excellence in a fast-paced environment.
