Responsibilities
- Design and implement user-facing features for global Android applications.
- Deliver stable, efficient, high-performance code and polished user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship features at scale.
- Integrate and optimize third-party data sources and APIs for accurate real-time performance.
- Write and execute unit tests covering robustness, reliability, usability, and edge cases.
- Troubleshoot issues, fix critical bugs, and improve application performance.
- Participate in technical, architectural, and product discussions while contributing to short- and long-term vision.
Requirements
- More than five years of Android developer experience.
- Degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong Kotlin and Java skills with solid object-oriented programming knowledge.
- Deep knowledge of Android system architecture, component lifecycles, and UI rendering.
- Experience with Jetpack, ViewModel, Room, Retrofit, and OkHttp.
- Hands-on experience with MVVM or MVI, modular application structures, and large-scale projects.
- Proven ability to optimize memory, layout, battery usage, and cold-start performance.
- Proficiency with Profiler, Systrace, Perfetto, and LeakCanary.
- Experience with WebSocket and real-time data in high-concurrency and low-latency scenarios.
- Flutter or Compose experience, large-application architecture and refactoring experience, and cryptocurrency exchange experience are bonuses.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
