Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated ServiceNow test cases using ATF.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across ServiceNow functionality, releases, enhancements, and configurations.
- Validate CMDB data quality and support data governance and data hygiene initiatives.
- Test Asset Management, compliance, auditing, access management, and security control processes.
- Test integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, and Integration Hub.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades and clone activities through impact assessment, validation, and post-upgrade testing.
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.
- Provide testing sign-off and quality assurance recommendations for production deployments.
- Analyze test results and drive improvements to ServiceNow quality, stability, governance, and test automation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform testing and quality assurance processes.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Strong knowledge of CMDB concepts, data governance, and data hygiene best practices.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using ATF.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals and core functionality.
- Experience with Asset Management processes and ServiceNow Asset Management modules.
- Knowledge of compliance, auditing, access management, and security controls within ServiceNow.
- Experience testing third-party integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, or Integration Hub.
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
- Ability to independently drive quality engineering initiatives and establish testing best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and defect management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- CSA certification or relevant ServiceNow certifications are advantageous.
