Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software and Workday integration components across systems and applications.
- Design and implement scalable Workday integration solutions within enterprise environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across multiple systems.
- Apply API development and management, integration patterns, middleware technologies, and data transformation techniques.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions spanning multiple teams.
- Coordinate project activities to support timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate and improve software development processes.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Workday-related integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable enterprise integration solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues across multiple systems.
- Familiarity with API development and management for Workday integrations.
- Understanding of data transformation and mapping techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education.
