Responsibilities
- Embed directly within assigned customer accounts to understand their environment and security challenges.
- Follow the FDE engagement loop: Discover, Ideate, Document, Build, Ship.
- Build custom solutions tailored to customer needs, including automations and integrations.
- Apply expertise across AI, data, and security to solve complex problems.
- Document solutions thoroughly for review and refinement.
- Identify new problem areas and data opportunities during customer engagements.
- Collaborate with the AI & Data Science function to address cross-customer intelligence needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with customer technical stakeholders.
- Manage multiple active customer accounts while ensuring high-quality output.
- Escalate blockers or account risks to senior engineers when necessary.
Requirements
- 3+ years in software engineering, security engineering, or a technical customer-facing role.
- Strong programming skills in Python or another general-purpose language.
- Experience working directly with customers to solve complex technical problems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tooling, data pipelines, or data engineering concepts.
- Knowledge of security operations, SIEM/SOAR, cloud security, or endpoint security.
- Ability to rapidly prototype and ship solutions in fast-changing environments.
- Strong technical documentation skills.
