Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams on technical solutions and key decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and manage the team’s performance.
- Make team decisions and resolve technical problems for immediate and broader teams.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate regular team meetings.
- Apply modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP HANA Technical Architecture.
- Proficiency in SAP HANA Technical Architecture.
- Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and integration.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
