Responsibilities
- Deliver improvements to the core product experience focused on onboarding and activation.
- Implement small, measured changes that significantly impact user engagement.
- Leverage experimentation to ship A/B tested changes that align with business goals.
- Own end-to-end workflows to enhance the first-time user experience.
- Collaborate with end users to understand their workflows and improve the product.
- Continuously broaden knowledge of the product and user journey.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in frontend or full-stack development.
- Proven track record of delivering engaging user experiences.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with familiarity in frameworks like React or Next.js.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in a hybrid team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on product experience.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using analytics tools and experimentation.
- Customer-focused approach to product development.
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
