Responsibilities
- Design scalable and resilient web architectures and document technical specifications.
- Guarantee project delivery pace, technical quality, and maintainable code.
- Implement quality practices including Clean Code, automated testing, and code reviews.
- Partner with clients, participate in project routines, explain technical decisions, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Create an efficient and structured working environment for the project team.
- Deploy AI agents and help the team use LLMs to improve productivity.
- Coach and develop software engineers through pair programming, code reviews, training, and root-cause analysis.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in software development.
- Strong command of web architectures across frontend, backend, databases, infrastructure, and deployment.
- Experience with DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to design scalable architectures, make appropriate technical decisions, and ensure high code quality.
- Experience coaching and supporting developers while remaining hands-on with technology.
- Strong client and business orientation with an ability to understand customer challenges.
