Responsibilities
- Develop computer vision algorithms for target detection, characterization, and tracking across single- and multi-sensor data.
- Build and maintain model training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines in Python or C++.
- Apply transformer-based and other deep learning approaches to image understanding problems.
- Integrate Kalman-family filters and other classical estimation methods with deep learning workflows for real-time development.
- Contribute to GPU-accelerated model development and inference using CUDA, RAPIDS, or vendor runtimes.
- Test, refine, and operationalize computer vision models for constrained-compute and real-time environments.
- Support microservice-based inference pipelines and containerized model deployments.
- Contribute to single- and multi-sensor platform detection, tracking, and target track-fusion algorithms.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience developing computer vision algorithms for detection, tracking, or sensor-based analytics in remote sensing or GEOINT-relevant environments.
- At least 1 year of experience applying deep learning to computer vision problems using transformer-based, self-supervised, or contrastive architectures such as DINO, CLIP, or SAM.
- Experience building Python or C++ pipelines for algorithm development, training, evaluation, or deployment.
- Experience with GPU-accelerated workflows and classical tracking or estimation methods such as Kalman or extended Kalman filters.
- Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
- Preferred qualifications include GPU programming with CUDA or RAPIDS, synthetic modeling of kinematic target features, AI-augmented development tools, Kubernetes-based microservice orchestration, and a relevant master's degree.
