Responsibilities
- Define and drive SAP architecture strategy aligned with Vodafone’s business goals.
- Lead SAP system design discussions and establish architecture governance, standards, and best practices.
- Design integration strategies connecting SAP with CRM, billing, mediation, network, and BSS/OSS systems.
- Support S/4HANA migration, system modernization, and broader digital transformation programs.
- Translate telecom business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Mentor technical and functional teams and promote high-quality engineering practices.
- Ensure data governance, security, and regulatory compliance for telecom-related solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams throughout all project stages.
Requirements
- Computer Science or Engineering background.
- At least 8 years of SAP experience, including 3–5 years in a senior architecture role.
- Strong experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and enterprise architecture.
- Proven experience in telecom environments such as operators, service providers, or vendors.
- Deep understanding of telecom processes including billing, charging, subscriptions, and customer lifecycle.
- Experience integrating SAP with telecom platforms such as BSS/OSS systems.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO, SD, and MM modules and their telecom applications.
- Experience with middleware, APIs, and cloud services.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in agile environments is highly appreciated.
