Base Salary
$155k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, maintainable, accessible UI software for AI-powered products.
- Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive and explainable user experiences.
- Design interfaces for conversational workflows, recommendations, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Integrate UI applications with APIs, event-driven services, analytics platforms, and AI/ML services.
- Lead projects from technical design through production delivery and mentor peers.
- Improve UI performance, accessibility, reliability, usability, and product adoption through data-driven engineering.
- Apply secure coding, privacy-by-design, responsible AI, prompt safety, and AI evaluation practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience, master’s degree with 3+ years, or PhD with 0+ years of related experience.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, design systems, frontend testing frameworks, and component-driven development.
- Experience in frontend software engineering, UI architecture, modern web technologies, and software development best practices.
- Experience integrating UI applications with APIs, event-driven services, analytics platforms, and AI/ML services.
- Experience building AI-native or intelligent user experiences.
- Experience building production-quality, accessible, and responsive user interfaces.
- Experience improving UI performance, accessibility, reliability, and product adoption through data-driven engineering.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, explainability, human-in-the-loop design, prompt safety, and AI evaluation practices.
- Working knowledge of model-driven workflows, conversational interfaces, recommendations, or intelligent automation.
- Understanding of secure coding, privacy, observability, testing, and agile development practices.
