Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, product owners, and stakeholders to design and implement software solutions.
- Plan, lead, and manage resources on complex Appian software development projects.
- Mentor and develop Junior and Senior Appian Developers.
- Lead requirements discovery, BPM application design and development, process modeling, user interface design, and data modeling.
- Evaluate technologies and application changes, identify major logic errors, and communicate technical requirements across enterprise applications.
- Manage finances for the assigned client-facing or internal work area.
Requirements
- US citizenship is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as software engineering, engineering, or computer science.
- 8–10 years of experience working on software development engagements, with Appian experience preferred.
- 4–5 years of experience leading Appian software development teams.
- Experience with databases and system integration.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Preferred qualifications include Appian Senior Developer Level 3 certification, BPM best-practice experience, diverse industry experience, technical breadth, and mentorship skills.
