Responsibilities
- Develop engineering solutions in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems.
- Collaborate on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews.
- Learn and implement Canonical business processes.
- Coach, mentor, and provide career-development feedback depending on seniority.
- Develop and promote strong engineering and organizational practices.
- Work with operations and business teams to implement processes and keep systems compliant.
Requirements
- Exceptional academic performance in high school and university.
- An undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about an alternative career path.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems.
- Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
- A record of exceeding expectations and achieving outstanding results.
- Ability to meet commitments with a results-oriented, self-directed approach.
- Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks.
- Performance engineering and security experience are desirable.
- Experience with accounting, sales, sales operations, or other business roles is desirable.
