Responsibilities
- Design and structure large language models that process and generate natural language.
- Lead the development and implementation of language model architectures.
- Develop and fine-tune models trained on extensive unlabeled datasets.
- Design neural network parameters and optimize model architectures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to team and cross-team decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and coordinate with stakeholders on model design.
- Mentor team members and facilitate technical knowledge sharing.
- Align model capabilities with business objectives and technical constraints.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in Machine Learning.
- Strong understanding of neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and management.
- Ability to develop and fine-tune models using extensive unlabeled datasets.
- Familiarity with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Snowflake Data Warehouse and Microsoft Azure Data Services experience are preferred.
