Responsibilities
- Implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions and provide business advisory services related to transformation and enterprise management systems.
- Configure, govern, operate, and support Power Pages sites and multiple concurrent website initiatives.
- Customize Power Pages with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when requirements exceed low-code capabilities.
- Design Dataverse-backed implementations and securely expose business data through websites and portals.
- Participate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 consulting implementations and develop new solutions and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 best practices and solutions.
- Report R&D project progress, document implementation results, and conduct post-implementation reviews.
- Communicate with clients and collaborate with distributed EY teams; travel for business when required.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including strong Power Pages and Dataverse experience.
- Knowledge of Power Pages site design, configuration, templates, governance, lifecycle operations, and portal development.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Power Pages pro-development customization.
- Understanding of Dataverse fundamentals, data modeling, portal security, external-user identity providers, and authentication approaches.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including D365 CE and Dataverse, and knowledge of system enhancements.
- Strong client communication skills and excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Readiness to participate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects and R&D activities.
- Strong team leadership skills are desirable.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-900, PL-400, or PL-600 are desirable.
- Communicative German or another European language is desirable.
