Responsibilities
- Develop customized Salesforce solutions for clients’ sales, support, and digital marketing processes.
- Work on business transformation and process reengineering projects across multiple industries.
- Design customer engagement strategies, interactions, and multichannel customer journeys.
- Develop and configure Salesforce solutions using Omnistudio and related technologies.
- Contribute to integration projects between Salesforce and third-party systems.
- Understand client challenges and deliver innovative, measurable solutions.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Omnistudio, including Business Rules Engine, Omniscript, Data Mapper, and Integration Procedure, or Omnistudio for Vlocity.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solution is preferred.
- Knowledge of Apex, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of LWC or standard Web Components.
- Previous experience working in development teams.
- Previous experience with integration projects, preferably between Salesforce and third-party systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Candidates may have no experience or minimal experience, or proven experience in the role depending on the contract level.
