Base Salary
$90k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura components, and other custom Salesforce solutions.
- Build and maintain Salesforce automation using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules, favoring declarative solutions where appropriate.
- Implement Salesforce DX, GitHub, Copado, or Gearset deployment pipelines and support code reviews, sprint planning, and release management.
- Maintain Apex test coverage, sandbox strategy, development, UAT, and staging environments.
- Administer Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, field-level security, page layouts, custom objects, record types, validation rules, and sharing settings.
- Conduct performance audits, security reviews, data quality checks, deduplication, and Salesforce release evaluations.
- Own Salesforce integration architecture and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with internal and external platforms.
- Evaluate and configure AppExchange applications and support integrations with NetSuite, Certinia, NICE CXOne, DocuSign, Conga Composer, Enablix, Qualtrics, FormAssembly, and Avonni.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, mentorship, end-user training, and adoption support.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience in a SaaS or technology company.
- Active Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud for subscription, quoting, and contract lifecycle management.
- Proficiency with Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, including Salesforce governor limits and architecture.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, scratch orgs, unlocked packages, and source-driven development workflows.
- Experience designing REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms.
- Understanding of Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, field-level security, sharing rules, and organization-wide defaults.
- Strong Salesforce data modeling skills, including custom objects, lookup relationships, master-detail relationships, and schema planning.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, or GitHub Actions with SFDX.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I, or Data Architect certification.
- Preferred: experience with dealer, automotive, powersports, marine, equipment, B2B SaaS, recurring-revenue, NetSuite, Certinia, NICE CXOne, DocuSign, or Conga Composer environments.
