Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive test plans for new features.
Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks using Playwright.
Test across complex environments, including cloud accounts and data integrations.
Validate critical background jobs for accuracy and performance.
Own and evolve regression and smoke testing suites.
Act as a quality champion, improving test coverage with the development team.
Develop strategies for testing across various data store versions.
Handle customer escalations and perform root cause analysis.
Engage in cross-functional team standups to prioritize tasks.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of professional experience in QA testing.
Strong expertise in test automation with tools like Playwright and Selenium.
Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker for testing containerized applications.
Proven experience testing systems interacting with diverse data stores.
Deep understanding of software testing methodologies.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
Excellent problem-solving skills for complex testing challenges.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
