Responsibilities

Act as a trusted technical advisor to channel partners, providing architectural guidance.
Collaborate with Channel Managers and Account Managers to align on customer objectives.
Design and present repeatable architectures and best practices for partner implementations.
Lead technical deep dives and workshops to support partner engagements.
Troubleshoot complex technical challenges with Engineering and Support teams.
Influence partner architectures by articulating the value of DigitalOcean’s platform.
Advocate for partner needs internally to enhance product capabilities.
Support customer retention and partner success through proactive engagement.

5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Software Engineering.
Advanced knowledge of public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Experience deploying and fine-tuning large language models and GenAI models.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Linux, and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools like Docker and Terraform.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with both engineers and executives.
Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements from design to deployment.
