Responsibilities

Create modular test automation frameworks and scalable automated test suites.
Develop exit criteria and automated test scripts to validate software requirements and business value.
Execute automated tests, troubleshoot issues, and post results using test management tools.
Facilitate business user testing and sign off on new product and feature development.
Track defects, support engineering resolution efforts, and perform regression retesting.
Integrate QA automation with existing CI/CD pipelines.
Train users on test automation and mentor manual and automation QA team members.
Evaluate modern testing tools and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Software Engineers, Business Analysts, QA Analysts, and business users.
Identify blockers, challenges, and risks while supporting quality, compliance, safety, and company policies.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering, or equivalent experience with software testing or quality assurance processes.
2–4 years of experience working as a QA Automation Engineer.
Experience with automated testing solutions such as Selenium and Cucumber.
Experience with test management software such as Xray and TestRail.
Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, multitasking, facilitation, and active listening skills.

The preferred arrangement is onsite in Appleton, WI four days per week, Monday through Thursday.
Candidates in other areas of Wisconsin may be considered for a hybrid schedule that includes onsite days in Appleton.
